The FBI has identified 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, as the "subject involved" in the attempted assassination. According to state voter records, Crooks was a registered Republican. Earlier reports indicated that the suspect was shot and killed by Secret Service agents at the scene. Additionally, one rally attendee was killed, and two others were critically injured during the chaos.
